Equal Justice Authority
The Equal Justice Authority was created by HB24-1286 and is responsible for distributing the equal justice fee for the purpose of expanding equal access to legal aid services and to increase the efficiency of the court system for all court users.
EJA’s 2026 grant application is closed. The next grant cycle opens spring 2027.
